Your billing settings control your subscription plan, payment method, and invoices. Access them by going to Settings → Billing (Owner-only access).
Only the workspace Owner can view and manage billing settings.

Viewing your current plan

Go to Settings → Billing → Plan to see:
  • Your current subscription tier
  • Next renewal date and amount
  • Usage summary (members, storage, etc.) relative to your plan limits

Upgrading your plan

To unlock more features or increase limits:
  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Plan.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan.
  3. Compare available plans and click Select on the one you want.
  4. Confirm the pricing and click Confirm Upgrade.
Your new plan takes effect immediately and you’ll be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Plan.
  2. Click Change Plan and select a lower tier.
  3. Review what features and limits will change.
  4. Confirm the downgrade.
The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle — you keep access to your current plan until then.
Downgrading may remove members, reduce storage, or disable features currently in use. Review the impact before confirming.

Updating your payment method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method.
  2. Click Update Payment Method.
  3. Enter your new card details.
  4. Click Save.
Your new payment method will be used for the next billing cycle and all future charges.

Viewing and downloading invoices

All past invoices are stored in Settings → Billing → Invoices. Click any invoice to:
  • View the full breakdown
  • Download it as a PDF
  • Forward it to an email address

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel:
  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Plan.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Select a cancellation reason (optional) and confirm.
Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, it switches to the free tier (if available) or becomes read-only.
Before cancelling, export your data from Settings → Data & Privacy → Export so you have a copy of all your work.

Billing FAQs

You’re charged on the same date each month (or year, for annual plans) — the anniversary of when you first subscribed.
Refund eligibility depends on your plan and region. Contact support within 14 days of a charge to request a review.
If a payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification. The app will retry the charge automatically for up to 7 days. If it still fails, your account may be downgraded to the free tier until a valid payment method is added.
