The Google app integrates with the tools you already use, so you can keep your workflow in one place without switching tabs. This page lists every available integration and what you can do with each one.

What integrations can do

Integrations let you:
  • Sync data — Keep items, dates, and statuses in sync between the app and connected tools
  • Automate actions — Trigger actions in one tool based on events in another (e.g., create an item when an email arrives)
  • Surface context — Attach files, links, and data from external sources directly to items
  • Receive notifications — Get updates in the communication tools your team already monitors

Managing your integrations

All your connected integrations are listed in Settings → Integrations. From there you can:
  • See which integrations are active
  • Reconnect an integration if it loses authorization
  • Disconnect an integration you no longer need
  • View permission scopes granted to each integration
Some integrations require Admin or Owner permissions to connect. Check the requirements listed on each integration’s connection page.

Integration permissions

When you connect an integration, you’ll be asked to authorize specific permissions. The app only requests the minimum permissions needed. You can review and revoke these at any time from Settings → Integrations.
If an integration stops working, try disconnecting and reconnecting it. This refreshes the authorization token and usually resolves the issue.
